Position: Marketing & Administration Assistant (A190)
Host company profile: Through the development of specialist software, and through the development of unique investment relationships, the company brings truly global solutions to the clients. This company helps property investors get back in charge of their debt.
Location: Dublin
Duration & Dates: 3 months min. (Ideally 6 months). Flexible start dates.
The responsibilities:
The position offered will require the intern to work continually on a daily basis and it involves regular communication and reporting to the intern’s manager. The intern’s tasks will involve:
- General corporate communication: email and phone
- Coordinating the issuing of press releases
- Assist in the content gathering and collating of videos, e-books, articles, interviews etc.
- Submission of written articles to article directories
- Preparing and submitting online presentations/videos
- Promoting the business through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn etc
Applicant Profile:
- Understanding of marketing principles & how to implement them
- Strong internet know-how
- Strong understanding of websites, Blogs, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing etc.
- Basic office administration know-how
- Very good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Remuneration: 100€ per week
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (A189)
Host company profile: This company is an internet solutions provider and an ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Value Added Reseller. The company has been in business for twelve years and is based in the Midlands.
Location: Midlands, Ireland
Duration & Dates: 4 months min. (Ideally 6 months). Flexible start dates.
The responsibilities:
- Work with business across Ireland, the UK and potentially Germany.
- Phone prospective customers. Meet with larger prospects.
- Train new customers on solution Plan, co-ordinate and deliver integrated direct marketing campaigns that seek to increase both customer base and new business revenues.
- Uncovering sale opportunities and qualifying leads.
- Pro-active sourcing of new customers and business by making outbound calls. Meet and exceed targets.
Applicant Profile:
- Strong self starter, Self Managed
- Studying Management, Business, Sales
- Ability to make effective decisions quickly
- Good negotiation techniques
- High Level in English
- PC/IT skills – Word, Excel in particular
- HTML experience an advantage but not essential
Remuneration: Minimum 150 euro per week. However, this is strictly linked to performance.
Position: Online Marketing (A306)
Host company profile:This Company is a Language School.
Location:Dublin
Duration and Dates: The internship is immediately available for a minimum of 2-3 months. The period of the internship is flexible to adapt to your requirements.
The responsibilities:
- Doing Website Content Management (Wordpress)
- Assisting with Online and Offline Marketing Campaigns Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, SEO
- Marketing Research
- Optimizing web pages and tags using Macromedia Contribute or similar
- Building basic web sites or adapting templates
- Generating inbound links from relevant directories using anchor text to increase web site popularity and rankings.
Profile:
- Very high level of English
- Interest in online marketing
- Good IT skills
- Flexible, team oriented approach to work, including the ability to be self-motivated
- Punctual and motivated
